We have a slimline card sketch this week at Create with Stamping Friends! I rarely think about making slimline cards, but they are wonderful for the extra room inside to sign. I’ve made a Sunflower Fields slimline card that will be a get well card for a friend who recently…
I’m loving this new direction Stampin’ Up! is going with the floral-themed Collections! Lily of the Valley, now Violets. This Suite Collection and individual components will be available July 1. It’s part of the new Online Exclusives. They are sooo pretty! I just got my Violets pack and thought I’d…

It’s Thursday and another Create with Stamping Friends post! This week we have a pastel color palette to work with. When I first looked at it, I thought, “Easter eggs!” No – wrong season… OK, so my next thought was flowers. I pulled out Impressions Abloom Dies with our three…

I have a fancy fold to share with you today! It stands up on your desk or shelf when opened, and lays flat to fit into a Medium envelope. I took this idea from Susan Campfield, suestampfield.com, and she named it the Side Tower Pop Up Card. It’s so fun!…

I had to get VERY creative with today’s card challenge! We are in the midst of moving and I’ve packed most of my Stampin’ Up! stuff. I was able to get to my DSP, though, and found that To Market fits quite nicely in our color challenge this week. I…

Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper is a collection of beautiful, ethereal watercolor paintings. I’ve added the smallest of embellishment on this print, but it could really stand on its own. Isn’t it beautiful? These remind me of thistles (which are beautiful if you don’t have to touch them!) I used…
Hello! I feel like I haven’t been crafting for weeks (but it’s actually only been one week – crazy, yes?) I hope you all had a good Memorial Day Weekend! We had our kids from Idaho and Washington come down for the weekend and it was a blast! This week…

Here we are with our last Thursday entry at Create With Connie & Mary for the month of January! Anyone getting Spring Fever yet? Perhaps this color palette will help with that! We have a beautiful color challenge using Lost Lagoon, Highland Heather, and Gorgeous Grape. Without even thinking about…
It’s really hot here today, so I tucked away inside my air-conditioned house and had some play time with my craft supplies! Isn’t life great?! 🙂 I thought I’d look through the pages of One Horse Open Sleigh to see what jumped out at me today and I came upon…
