The Forest Through the Trees

Can you see the forest through the trees? Might be difficult in this dense evergreen forest! I used my new Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing Folder and In the Pines Bundle to create this snowy scene.

This embossing folder is so textural. It really gives the illusion of a 3 dimensional forest. You can get it for only $10! Here is a look at the folder.

The In the Pines Bundle provides the die cut trees, the snowflakes, the snow bank, and the greeting. Here’s a look.

The plaid paper behind my sentiment and on the envelope is from the 6″x 6″ DSP pack called “Tis the Season.” The green is Shaded Spruce (of course!) The snow embellishments on the die cut trees are Elegant Faceted Gems, found in the Annual Catalog.

    Gorgeous ‼️

    • Absolutely love this, Karen and I believe I have found one of my Christmas cards this year!! Thank you so much! Question though – I was looking at your Supply List for this card and I saw Versamark and Embossing Powder. Where were these used on your card? I’m asking because I want to be sure and CASE this card correctly!

      • Thanks so much, Lou. The snowflakes on the card were created with Versamark ink and white embossing powder. I used the stamp in the set and randomly stamped around the card then added powder and heat set it.
