Playing With (coral) Patterns

Today I’m playing with coral patterns! So far I’ve stuck with the blues/purple side of Playing With Patterns, but I branched out to the wild side (ha!)

I cropped two strips of Bumble Bee Cardstock with the long, stitched strip die in All Dressed Up Dies. Don’t recognize that Whisper White die in the middle? It’s not from Stampin’ Up! but it’s a die set in my stash that I was eager to try. You could put anything with an interesting shape here and achieve a similar look.

“Happy Birthday” is from my go-to sentiment stamp set, Peaceful Moments. And that cute little embellishment is from Playing With Patterns Resin Dots. This is the first time I’ve used one of these. They are nice – a matte finish that looks soft instead of hard and shiny. I like them! Three colors, 120 Dots for $8.
