There is a stamp set in the new Fall Mini Catalog 2020 that is a #simplestamping kind of set. You don’t need any special tools or embellishments to create a very sweet card (although you could use those things and dress it up, too!) It’s called Life is Beautiful and you’ll find it on page 51 of the catalog.
I’ve made a Hello card using only stamps, ink, and paper – simple and easy for the beginning stamper! This set was developed by Million Sales Achiever LeeAnn Greff. It has stamps with leaves, snowflakes, and bokeh dots (I’m thinking pinks for Spring). So we can change the seasons and use it all year long. I love it!
To begin with, I did simple layering with Soft Suede and Terracotta Tile Cardstocks. Then I stamped with those colors plus Garden Green and Granny Apple Green on Whisper White. I used Memento Black for the greeting.
On the inside I stamped another birdhouse. To get the various colors I used my Stampin’ Write Markers directly on the stamp.
Last step: I covered the envelope flap with Terracotta Tile 6″x 6″ DSP and a 1/4″ strip of Soft Suede.
