Welcome to our June edition of CASEing Coast to Coast! I’m Karen from the West Coast in California. Rosanne is from the East Coast in Pennsylvania. We take turns each month creating a project for the other to CASE (Copy and Selectively Edit). We love to challenge each other and hope that we also challenge you! Here is my card for CASEing Coast To Coast, June 2020.
I have made a birthday card using the new Wreath Builder Dies over a marble background that you’ll find in the Peony Gardens DSP.
The Wreath Builder Dies come with two leafy wreaths that you see I layered, and a lot of other flowers and shapes that you can decorate your wreath with. I love this large set! Here is a look at what you get for $38.

Yes, there are a lot of pieces! If you are nervous about losing pieces, see my post yesterday with my newest tip on keeping these big sets organized and in their correct spot!
This die set also comes bundled with the Arrange a Wreath Stamp Set. When you buy it as a Bundle you save 10%.
A Mix of Bright and Soft Colors
My wreath colors are Pretty Peacock and Pool Party. The flowers that I embellished it with are Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo, and Silver Foil.
Adding Dimension
I lightly sponged some of the small Petal Pink flowers with Flirty Flamingo ink and filled the centers with the dots that came out of the Silver Foil flowers. The Mini Dimensional behind the flower serves to hold the dot in place as well as lift the flower up from the wreath a bit!
Bring a Bit of the Outside In
I used two stamp sets for the inside and outside of my card. The inside has a sentiment that is a birthday go-to for me. It’s from Peaceful Moments. Then I added a Flirty Flamingo flower from Blossoms in Bloom.
On the outside, I stamped Happy Birthday from Blossoms in Bloom in Versamark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder over Gray Granite Cardstock. The wreath and sentiment strip are adhered with Mini Dimensionals.
And that’s my card. Are you as anxious as I am to see Rosanne’s CASE? Hop on over to her blog by clicking HERE. Let’s go see! As always, we love to get your comments. Thank you!
