Angled Tri-Panel Card

Let’s end the month with a Fun Fold! I followed Jeanie’s Mystery Monday Stampin’ clues this week and made this angled tri-panel card:

fragrant layers bundle, velvet meadow dsp, beautifully celebrated dies, fun fold card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

I love this fold, as you can see three different patterns of DSP from the front. And then when you open it, one of those patterns flips to the back:

fragrant layers bundle, velvet meadow dsp, beautifully celebrated dies, fun fold card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

What I used:
  • Peaceful Pine Cardstock
  • Basic White Cardstock
  • Velvet Meadow Designer Series Paper
  • Fragrant Layers Bundle
  • Beautifully Celebrated Dies
  • Berry Burst and Daffodil Delight Cardstock for the flowers
  • Peaceful Pine Classic Stampin’ Pad
  • Translucent Dots (clear)

Easy to assemble…but…when you trace and trim the angled tops on the backs of your DSP and white cardstock, cut the extra 1/8″ off the bottom of the piece to get an even 1/8″ border all around! I was trying to trim the angled end and it’s easy to mess it up! (forehead slap!) It’s easy when you do it along the bottom. 😜 When you follow her directions, you’ll see what I mean.

Jeanie calls her card a Diagonal Fun Fold, in case you are searching for it. HERE is the link again to her directions.

Have a great weekend, everyone! And here comes August…
