Weekend Adventures

Weekend Adventures is a pack of paper that I bought…and never used! I know, why??? Well, I honestly just didn’t know what to do with it, so I put it aside. I have a lot of campers and outdoorsy people in my family, so I should have done more with it. Now that’s it’s long-since retired, I found a way to use it! Jeanie’s Monday Mystery Stampin’ influenced me to pull it out and make a go of it!

Here’s what I made:

The piece on top that has all the “Rules” posted on it is one of the punch-out stickers that came with the pack. Then on the inside I put another punch-out sticker that just invites someone to go on a backpacking/hiking adventure.

Here’s the inside:

Did you buy this paper last year? Did you use it? I hope you did. But if you’re like me and stuck it away for another day, dig it out. It’s summer time! People take hikes and go camping. This card says, “Go out and enjoy nature!”

*As you can see from Jeanie’s samples, I didn’t quite get the folds right! But she always says, “There’s no wrong way to do Mystery Stampin’!” Maybe I’ll try it her way next time! 😉
