Waves of the Ocean Suite is now available to purchase! This is a beautiful bundle and so different from any other in the catalog. Here is a card sample that I made, inspired by Linda Heller, with a few of my own changes.
The Suite
You can purchase the whole collection, or just the parts you want. I love all the parts so I knew that the whole collection would go into my shopping cart!
The whole collection includes the Waves of Inspiration Stamp Set, Waves Dies, Waves of the Ocean 12″x 12″ Designer Series Paper, Blue Foils 12″x 12″ Specialty Papers, and Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels. I hear the bundle (stamp set and dies) will be in the next Annual Catalog. And yes, if purchased together you save 10%. But the DSP, Foils, and Rhinestones are “while supplies last,” or until May 2, whichever comes first.
My Card Details
- Night of Navy Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, scored and folded at 4-1/4″
- Basic White layer, 5-1/4″x 4″
- Balmy Blue layer, 5″x 3-3/4″
- Wave stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with white emboss powder
- Wave dies cut with Balmy Blue Cardstock and Navy foil
- Clouds die-cut with Basic White
- Birds stamped with Night of Navy ink
- Sentiment stamped with Night of Navy, then with Versamark and heat embossed with Clear emboss powder, then die cut with Waves Dies
- Navy Rhinestones
There are two different wave dies, so they overlap in a cool motion-like way! The clouds also have extra layering dies to give them texture.
This sentiment, “Your strength is an inspiration” is perfect for a friend of mine who has overcome some very difficult health issues recently.
