Two of my favorite characters, Ruthie & Warren, are back with some birthday wishes! They dressed up for you, too! Did you notice they have coordinating outfits on today? Yep, they is stylin’!
I do love this couple! For this birthday card, I dug out my Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP for the brick background. The Cinnamon Cider color helped me pick out their ensemble. Her skirt and his shirt are colored with Dark Black Blends. Her sweater and his pants are with Pale Papaya. Warren’s vest came from Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP as did the potted plant below him. For his vest, I did some paper piecing. I stamped his image onto the DSP, then cut out the vest and glued it to his image.
Ruthie has her classic jewelry on – made to sparkle with Stickles glitter glue. I filled in her glasses with touches of Fine Tip Glue. I still couldn’t convince Warren to shave though – sorry!
