St. Patrick’s Day is coming up on Sunday. I usually make one St. Pat’s Day card a year. It’s not a holiday I spend much time thinking about. But the Throughout the Year Stamp Set has this “Best of Luck” stamp in it, and I couldn’t resist pulling out the green and gold.
This cute DSP was part of the Sale-a-Bration offering that we had through January and February. I hope you got some! It was one of my top favorite products from SAB this year.
I paired it with Shaded Spruce, Basic White, and Gold Foil ~ classic St. Patrick’s Day colors. The medallion is from Thoughtful Expressions Dies. Instead of stacking them, I cropped them as individual “frames” for lack of a better term, and nestled each one inside the other. Two great things about doing that – you get the stitching on both sides of each piece, and it cuts way down on the bulk!
Here’s a look at the dies:

You can better see how I cut and nestled them together here:
I left the center one whole, of course, so I could stamp the greeting with Shaded Spruce Ink. Then I embellished it with a little handmade four-leaf clover. I made that with the small heart in the Bee Builder Punch and glued them together onto a small circle piece. The dandelion stem (more good luck!) is from Dainty Delight Dies.
Throughout the Year is this wonderful year-round stamp set that can be found in the Online Exclusives section of our website. Or click HERE to go right to it! It is really a great stamp set ~ Look at the mileage you will get from it! I can’t recommend it enough. It absolutely needs to be in your craft stash! 😉
I hope you have a fun week! Top ‘o the Mornin’ to ya, if you are Irish at heart!

Cute card. I love that DSP.
LOve this card! Thanks for waking me up to use layers without layers on these great dies and other similar ones!
Love it, I waited too long to put that DSP in my cart. It was gone. Oh well.
This is such a creative way to use “not intended” products to create a holiday card. Everything coordinated beautifully!
Thanks, Rosanne! ☘️
