The World Needs More of You

I think the world needs more of you. Yes, you! You are kind, compassionate, helpful, caring, generous. You know I’m talking about you. And I appreciate you so much! This card is for you ~

I made this clean and relatively simple card with World of Good Specialty Designer Series Paper, Brass Foil Sheets, World Map Dies, and Free As A Bird Stamp Set.

First I cut a piece of DSP – the Crumb Cake one with Espresso writing on it – to 3″x 4″, then tore the edges all around to give it an “old scroll” look. I layered that onto a 3″x 4″ piece of Early Espresso Cardstock. The Cinnamon Cider piece of DSP is 4-7/8″x 3-5/8″ and it’s layered over Brass Foil, cut to 5″x 3-3/4″. Yes, I cut a chunk out of the middle. No wastage of Foil paper here!

The globe is Misty Moonlight under Mossy Meadow with a Brass Foil stand. If you happen to have an old 1-3/4″ Circle Punch, it is exactly the right size to go under the Globe Die. I stamped the sentiment from Free As a Bird in Early Espresso and cut it to roughly 2″x 1/2″.
