I pulled out this paper today and thought, “I want to make something with this.” I had no idea what was going to develop, but this is where I landed. Do you ever craft that way? It’s Texture Chic with a fish!
Card Details:
- Calypso Coral Cardstock ~ base at 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, scored and folded at 4-1/4″; 2-1/2″ circle cut with Stylish Shapes circle die
- Sale-a-bration Silver & Gold 6″x 6″ DSP in gold ~ 5-1/4″x 4″
- Distressed Gold Specialty Paper ~ 4″x 1″
- Texture Chic Specialty DSP ~ 5-1/4″x 2″ and 4″x 2″
- Basic White Cardstock ~ 1-3/8″ circle cut with Layering Circles Dies; scrap for fish from A Fish & A Wish; and a skinny strip 2-1/2″x 1/4″ for sentiment from Simply Succulents
- Adhesive-Backed Seasonal Sequins
I stamped the coral with Versamark Ink and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder. Then I stamped this cute little fish with Calypso Coral ink and fussy-cut him out. He is sitting up on Dimensionals, as is the sentiment strip.
The Seasonal Sequins is my Host Gift this month. If you spend $75 from my online store using the Host Code XHKJ2FFY, you will receive a pack in the mail from me! I love them with this ~ they look like bubbles from the fish!
I hope you have a great week! Mine is jammed-packed with meetings. I’m happy to have a little free time today to spend in my craft/laundry room! See you Thursday with a CCMC card challenge ~
