We’ve come to the end of the week! All week I’ve shown you cards made with our five new In Colors: Peach Pie, Petunia Pop, Pretty in Pink, Shy Shamrock, and now Summer Splash. This color is such a pretty aqua tone. It’s warmer than last year’s Tahitian Tide, but richer than Pool Party. I think it will be fun to use for beach-y themes, like this Seaside Wishes card:
Do you love that sand dollar? I stamped the image with Versamark Ink onto Basic Beige Cardstock, then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. It’s hard to see the texture on it, but it is fantastic. It looks like it has grains of sand embedded in it!
More Details:
- Summer Splash Cardstock base
- Basic White layer, 5″x 3-3/4″
- Summer Splash DSP, 4-3/4″x 3-1/2″
- Petal Pink coral circle
- Starfish: Calypso Coral stamped on Basic White
- Sentiment: Summer Splash onto Basic White, cropped with the Stylish Shapes 2-1/8″ circle
- Calypso Coral dots, stamped off once
- Ombre Matte Decorative Dots
Now that you’ve seen all five in action, which is your favorite?
