Yay! It’s Thursday and another Create With Connie & Mary day! This week we have a CASE the Catalog Challenge, specifically this card on page 28 of the Annual Catalog. I chose Speedy Recovery for my stamp set. Here’s the banner:

Not usually being one for pastels, I decided to CASE the general layout and go a little bolder with my colors.
Card Materials & Measurements:
- Polished Pink Cardstock base, 11″x 4-1/4″, scored and folded at 5-1/2″ for a top-fold card
- Basic White layer, 3-1/8″x 4-3/8″
- Awash In Beauty DSP layer, 3″x 4-1/4″
- Polished Pink banner strip, 4″x 1-1/4″
- Basic White circle, cropped with 2-1/2″ Stylish Shapes circle
- Basic Gray Cardstock banner, cropped with Stylish Shapes Dies
Stamps & Ink:
- Speedy Recovery, Memento Tuxedo Black
- Stampin’ Blends ~ Polished Pink, So Saffron, & Mint Macaron
- Sentiment in Versamark, and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder
Finishing Touches:
- 3 pink ’21-’23 In Color Opal Rounds
- Wink of Stella on the flower petals and heart
