Snowflake Splendor

I’m going for sparkle and shine on today’s Snowflake Splendor card. This Designer Series Paper is a cool blend of blues and purples ~ so pretty!

And today is Day 2 of my Sunday Stamps sketch challenge. If you remember from yesterday, I am trying several designs based on one sketch this week. Keep track…I’ll be asking you for your favorite at the end of the week. Once again, here is the sketch.

I used a few items from the Snowflake Splendor Suite on my card. Here’s a picture of the Suite.

My snowflake is from a previous year’s set, but I’ve used the DSP, Glimmer Paper, ribbon, and gems. My sentiment is from Itty Bitty Christmas and is cropped with a Stitched Rectangle Die.

The center snowflake is punched from Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper. Isn’t the sparkle pretty? I’m a fan! And that ribbon is unique. It is iridescent and has metallic thread woven through it. You can bend it and it stays! It will probably be difficult to tie in a bow, but it works well to wrap around the paper.
