I stamped the truck with Memento ink then colored it with Blends and cut it out with scissors — very easy! I stamped the “ground,” the balloons, the heart exhaust, and the sentiment on a Whisper White panel that I cut with a Stitched Rectangle Die. After that I put Dimensionals under the pickup and adhered it into place. Then I stamped and colored two extra balloons that I hand cut and popped them up with Dimensionals, too. Wink of Stella on the balloons make them shine in the sun!
On the inside, I stamped this cute sentiment that’s included in the stamp set.
I glued the card front onto a Thick Whisper White base that measures 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″. I scored and folded it on the left side, because…well to be honest, that’s what I had in my cardstock box! Might as well use it, right?

Hi Karen, This card just makes me happy. It is so free with the balloons flying! The colors are my style, no subtles here. Love the opening and the inside quote. When I read the title, I thought it was going to be the stamp set with the horses.
