Peaceful Poppies and Healing Hugs

Peaceful Poppies and Healing Hugs go nicely together when you pull out the colors from the DSP!

I had a tiny piece of this pretty Peaceful Poppies DSP left and I couldn’t let it go to waste! I was able to layer it over the blue lined piece also from Peaceful Poppies, and a new card was born! Healing Hugs has a Get Well Soon stamp in a font that I love, and it fits nicely into this Painted Labels Die, with room for the leaf stamp above. If you don’t have this set, there are many stamps that will fit nicely into this label die.

Painted Labels is a great die set. Of course they are bundled with the Painted Poppies Stamp Set at a 10% discount, but they are also available individually. Take a look:

You’ve got two label dies for sentiments, two that look like wreaths, and that straight-edged curly cue which I used on the front of my card. There are also two flower and two leaf dies that cut out the images from the stamp set. I highly recommend getting this bundle ~ Painted Poppies Bundle #153827. You can get one here. And when you get this bundle you automatically qualify for two free offers: A Sale-A-Bration item of your choice, and my card tutorial bundle! Three card tutorials that feature this bundle and the Peaceful Moments Bundle.

The Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon makes a nice divider between the two pieces of DSP.

  1. Wonderful card, love the two papers together. The leaves look really great on there esp with the bottom DSP. It would be a great card to make someone feel better.

  2. Very nice card. I had not even noticed the straight curly cue edge in the dies. Now, that I have seen your card, I will certainly use this die. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
