Pansy Petals (for CCMC705)

We have a sketch challenge this week at Create With Connie & Mary! I went back to one of my first loves in the 2021-22 Annual Catalog, the Pansy Petals Suite, for my card. Here’s the sketch ~

And here’s my card ~

I thought the pansies and leaves worked well for the small circles in the sketch. I hope you agree!

Card Details:

• Thick Basic White Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, scored and folded at 4-1/4″
• Pansy Petals DSP, Pale Papaya Check, 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″
• Soft Succulent Cardstock strip, 5-1/2″x 1-1/2″, edges scalloped with a die from Peony Dies
• Pansy Petals DSP, Calypso Coral polka-dot print, 5-1/2″x 1″
• Basic White Cardstock, 4″x 2-1/2″, cropped with a die from Scalloped Contours Dies
• Pansies & Leaves from DSP, cropped with Pansy Dies
• Sentiment from Pansy Patch Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen ink
• 2021-23 In Color Jewels, Soft Succulent

I rounded the four corners of the card with the Detailed Trio Punch. The scalloped rectangle and top pansy are adhered with Dimensionals. All other pieces are glued down with Stampin’ Seal.
