Oh Snap!

I got a new stamp set that I’ve been playing with. It’s called Oh Snap. It’s photopolymer and it’s super fun!

Did you smile? This guy makes me smile every time! I think my grandson is going to find him quite charming. 🙂

The set is in the new January-June Mini Catalog on page 47. He comes with some other sweet images and a lot of fun sentiments.

To make my card, I started with a base of Garden Green. I added a 5-1/4″x 4″ piece of Basic White, then two strips of Forever Greenery DSP. They measure 4″x 1-1/8″. I glued two Gorgeous Grape 1/4″ strips to the seams.

Oh Snap! is in Gorgeous Grape ink. The flower image is Highland Heather, stamped off once for a pale shade. I’m not sure if you can see it in the photo but I dotted the plant images with a sparkle Gel Pen (Sakura) for a very subtle sparkle.

The croc is stamped in Garden Green directly to the Sale-A-Bration Oh So Ombre DSP. You can get a pack of this 6″x 6″ designer paper for free when you place a $50 order! The colors are Bermuda Bay, Blackberry Bliss, Granny Apple Green, and Rococo Rose. I snipped him out and popped him up on Dimensionals.

Then on the inside, I used three of the sentiment stamps and added the little frog at the bottom. What fun!
