New Fall/Winter Mini Catalog is Live!

There is a lot happening today at Stampin’ Up! The new Fall/Winter Mini Catalog is live today, August 4. The sales period for this catalog goes through January 4, 2021. If you are a current customer of mine and would like a catalog, please let me know!

One of my favorite bundles in this catalog is Poinsettia Place. The minute I saw it, I knew it would be first on my order sheet! I decided to CASE a card in the new catalog to “get my feet wet” with these products. This is my version of the card I chose to copy.

poinsettia petals bundle, poinsettia place dsp, pinewood planks 3D embossing folder, heat embossing, christmas card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

I think I did a pretty good job of CASEing. If you look on page 14 of the new catalog, you can compare the two. I knew my proportions were slightly off. Hmmmm… I found out later that the sample in the catalog was on a notecard-sized base, and mine is a full 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″ card. Either way, I love it!

To make this card you will need the Poinsettia Place DSP, the Poinsettia Petals Bundle, and the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder. One of the dies cuts out the flower from the DSP (yay!). I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder. The greenery and berries are all found in the stamp set and have dies to cut them all out. It’s a beautiful set!

New Online Shopping Experience – Please Read:

Everything I used will be listed below in the Product List and will be linked to my online store. There will be some changes to the online shopping site beginning today. I don’t know if it will affect the links and ordering process. I do know that things will look a little different.

You will have to log in to the Stampin’ Up! site and use your password, even if you have it “memorized” by your computer, because the URLs are changing. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to create a new one.

Also, when you do get on, please make sure that my name as your demonstrator is listed at the top of the page. If it is not, you will need to designate me as your demonstrator in the checkout process.

Please reach out to me if you are having any trouble with any of this and I will try to help you through it. I know that the changes will be positive and very current with the rest of online shopping sites.

Browse the Catalog Virtually

Even if you don’t have the new catalog in your hands yet, you can browse through it on your computer. Up on the right hand side of this post, there will be all the current catalogs listed. It shows a picture of one, but if you click the numbers below it, it will scroll through the others. Click on the one you want to look at, and it will open up the pdf on your screen. If you are reading this in your email, click HERE to get to my blog home page. The catalogs are shown on the side bar.

Enjoy your browsing! When you are ready to order, I would love to have you shop with me!

When you shop for Stampin’ Up! products during the month of August, don’t forget to use your Bonus Coupons that you’ve accumulated throughout July! In the ordering process, you will see a place to fill in the codes that looks like this.

Copy and paste your code(s) from your email(s) that you received in July in the space with the orange arrow. Each code will have to be added separately. Each one is worth $5, which will be lots of fun to cash in on!

Please contact me if you need help! If I can’t do it, I know several people at the SU office that can. Happy Shopping!

Well, I thought this was a really pretty card. I read that it was on page 14. I certainly didn’t remember it and I actually pulled out the catalog to check it out. I had looked at all the others but didn’t really pay any attention to this card. Well, thank you for bringing it to my attention! I really like it. Your card seems warmer and more inviting than the one in the catalog. Good job.

    • Thanks, Chris! I think the cards we make always look more vibrant than looking in the catalog. Up close and personal makes a difference.
