Just Plain Fun

This card is just plain fun! I bought this stamp set to use for friends who would be retiring, then the set retired before my friends did! Oh well, I’m going to show it to you anyway 🙂

This card is going to a sweet friend of mine who just retired from the school district. I have to giggle because I can actually see her dressing up like this and going off to some exotic destination!

The stamp set is called On To Adventure. Even though it has retired, I surrounded it with current products such as Flowers For Every Season DSP and the Magnolia Embossing Folder. I colored this dashing young woman with Stampin’ Blends, and cropped her out with a Stitched Shapes circle.

And off she goes! Wait, didn’t anyone tell her that there’s a pandemic? Perhaps she should put that trip off just a little bit longer…

Just too much fun!

Have a great weekend! I may be MIA for a few days. No, I’m not taking any exotic vacations, but we are having family come for a visit. We’ll be celebrating my grandson’s 14th birthday!
