In Good Taste Designer Series Paper

I’m really having fun with this In Good Taste Designer Series Paper! There is so much of it and so many different patterns that I could make something different each day for a month! Here is a sweet little Hello card, using some more of the paper.

This smooshy painting looks like white paint over a Misty Moonlight canvas. The texture really shows through. So I used Misty Moonlight for my card base and glued the 5-1/4″x 4″ piece of DSP over top. The backs of several of these papers are different colors of hardwood. I cut a 4″x 1″ to create a “table” for my watering can.

I love the little border that I created with Ornate Borders Dies! It is the type of die that cuts one edge but leaves the other edge uncut, to create any size paper you need with a fancy border. I used a very narrow strip, then tucked it under the wood paper to make a pretty Misty Moonlight detail.

This watering can is the same one I used on last week’s card (see it HERE), but this time I stamped and fussy-cut a single flower stem – looks like a daisy (???) from Ornate Style. I colored it with my Blends and stuck it in the can! Cute!
