Gourd-geous Card (for Creating Coast to Coast)

We’re back with Creating Coast to Coast! This month is my lead, so we’ll be traveling West to East, and I’ve got a gourd-geous card for you today!

My theme this month was to create a card with a stenciled background, using a fall theme. So what better than the  Painted Pumpkins Bundle that comes with Decorative Masks!

Here’s my card:

Recipe:

• Cajun Craze Cardstock base, 11″x 4-1/4″, folded at 5-1/2″
• Crisp Cantaloupe layer, 5-1/4″x 4″
• Basic White Cardstock, 5-1/8″x 3-7/8″
  • Using the Painted Pumpkins Decorative Masks and a Blending Brush, brush on some Petal Pink ink for the background.
• Crisp Cantaloupe Cardstock, Deckled Circles Die, 3-1/8″ diameter
• Basic White Cardstock for pumpkins, 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″
  • Using the Painted Pumpkins Decorative Masks and a Blending Brush, create the pumpkins using Old Olive, Timid Tiger, Crisp Cantaloupe, and Golden Glow inks. Add the stems with Crumb Cake. Crop them out with the coordinating dies. Stamp the leaves with Old Olive, fill in with the Light Old Olive Blends Marker, and crop with coordinating dies.
