Ginkgo Branch

Ready for a spectacular new die? It’s the Ginkgo Branch! This die is so lovely – embossing on the solid leaves and delicate cut-outs on the rest. It die-cut very easily, if you’re wondering. I took my Take Your Pick Tool to gently remove all the bits, but they came out easily. I think it’s stunning! Here is one of the cards I’ve made with it:

I adhered the Ginkgo Branch with Dimensionals, tucked behind the solid leaves. Some need to be cut in half to fit. Because they are lifted up, the leaves create a shadow on the white cardstock. I found it tricky to photograph without it looking out-of-focus! The shadows are very pronounced! I also raised the sentiment strip with Dimensionals.

The twine is secured to the back of the white layer with a piece of Tear & Tape. I also put a Glue Dot underneath the knot to keep it from sliding around.

This delicate sentiment is in the Ginkgo Branch stamp set. I love this font and all of the sentiments in the set. You can buy the bundle (or individual components – but I recommend the bundle!) by clicking HERE. All of the products are listed below in the Product List. They are linked to my online store and you can click on any of the pictures to take you there.

This is also one of the cards we’ll be making in my in-person card class this week – a little preview for those of you who are coming! 🙂
