I’m just returning from a trip up north to see my oldest and youngest daughters, and #1 grandson. We had a great visit and were able to watch our grandson play two baseball games. He pitched the second game and was impressive! We love watching him play! So after a 13 hour drive to get home last night, I’m going to share my Gather Together with Orange Plaid card in a brief way.
Gather Together was one of my favorite bundles last year, and they have brought it back for another season and I’m so glad they did!
Gather Together Stamp Set and Gathered Leaves Dies
Plaid Tidings 6″x 6″ DSP
- Early Espresso base card
- Pumpkin Pie layer
- Plaid Tidings DSP with Whisper White for top layer, divided by Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim
Design Details
- First I cropped the large leaf out of the DSP layer and three cardstock layers that I glued together for dimension.
- Then I stamped the leaf that matches the die with Pumpkin Pie ink through the die cut onto the Pumpkin Pie layer.
- I used Bumble Bee ink pad to stamp the wheat sheaf, then hand cut it out, and tied a Linen Thread bow around it.
- The sentiment is stamped with Early Espresso ink.
- The Enamel Dots are from the 2020-22 In Color Dots in Bumble Bee.

Love this! Pumpkin pie used to be my go to but I haven’t used it in eons it seems. I can almost feel the crisp fall leaves with your card. Here it is so dry that leaves are shrieking up and are turning. Love all your layers.
