CC2C ~ New Catalog Products

Welcome back to Creating Coast to Coast! This month, Rosanne and I are playing with products from the new May – August 2026 Catalog. Since Rosanne chose our theme this time, we will start with her card in PA ~

I love her color combination! You can read all about Rosanne’s card by visiting her website HERE.

Traveling west to California, we come to my card. I’ve chosen to make a fun fold using products from the Scenic Coast Suite Collection. I love, love, love this paper with its shimmering water. Well, I love everything coastal as you may have figured out 😊.

Here’s my card:

This card lays flat to fit into a regular Medium Envelope and it also stands up to display on a tabletop! It’s very simple to make!

Here are the directions:
  • Start with 2 pieces of Blueberry Bushel Cardstock, 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″.
    • Score each piece at 1/2″ and 1″ on each side.
    • Fold the 1″ scorelines back and the 1/2″ scorelines forward.
  • Using the Sunset Coast Dies, crop out the sailboat on the front of one of the Blueberry pieces, placing it  a little above center.
  • On the 2nd piece of Blueberry Bushel, glue a piece of the Scenic Coast DSP measuring 3-1/4″x 4″, right in the center. Give some forethought as to where you want to cut the DSP…lay your front piece with the circle cut-out over it and move it around ’til you find the “perfect” spot.
  • Glue the two ends (1/2″ side parts) of the two Blueberry Bushel pieces together to create the diorama. I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue for this. It allows you to line up the corners and edges perfectly before it adheres tightly.
  • Cut two 3/8″ strips from the same piece of DSP and, lining up the waterlines, glue each to the sides.
  • Add a sentiment stamped with Blueberry Bushel onto Basic White Cardstock and crop with a circle die from Stylish Shapes. My sentiment is from Splash & Relax.
  • Decorate with die-cut shells from Sunset Coast Dies, using left over DSP, and Sunset Sparkle Sequins.
  • On the back, glue a piece of Basic White measuring 3-1/4″x 4″, stamp and decorate as desired for your occasion.  I found what I wanted to say in Rolling Waves.
  • Don’t forget to decorate your envelope… some leftover DSP on the back flap, seashells stamped on the front, etc.

If you missed getting this paper earlier:

If you haven’t bought some Scenic Coast DSP yet, it is currently unavailable (so popular!) but will be back around June 22. Did you know that you can put your email on a “Notify Me” list? Click HERE, remove my email address, and put your email address in the box. Stampin’ Up! will notify you when the product becomes available again. Often times it is sooner than they predicted, so this is a nice way to be notified when it is available. You can order it right away before it sells out again!

I hope you’ve enjoyed our look at some new catalog products today! Rosanne and I will be back next month with another Creating Coast to Coast! Meanwhile, enjoy your summer!
