Bunnies, Baskets, & Butterflies (for CC2C)

 

It’s time for another CASEing Coast to Coast! This month we are starting in California with my card, then heading east to Pennsylvania to see Rosanne’s card. Thanks for joining in our cross-country journey! Today we are bringing you bunnies, baskets, & butterflies on our cards. Sounds like it’s almost Easter!

I created this card with a variety of products, some Stampin’ Up!, some My Favorite Things. It all came together in this fun Easter egg shape ~

To start it off, I created the background with Stampin’ Up!’s Sketched Plaid Cling Stamp and Lemon Lolly ink. I stamped it onto a Thick Basic White base.

Next I cut an egg shape using Excellent Eggs Dies out of Basic White, and created my scene with the following products:

• Grass – Garden Green and Granny Apple Green, MFT Dies
• Gnome bunny and basket of eggs – MFT Stamps & Dies, Blends Markers SU, Wink of Stella SU
• Cloud – Hot Air Balloons Dies SU
• Embellishments – Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots SU, Brushed Brass Butterflies SU
• Sentiment – MFT, stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Basic White, cropped with (retired SU) Stitched Rectangle Dies

Inside, I’ve stamped Happy Easter using Throughout the Year Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up!
