Brighten Someone’s Day

How would you like to brighten someone’s day with a cute little note like this? This is a simple little 3″x 3″ note that you could make several of and distribute them to anyone you would like to bless!

Directions:

• Cut a piece of Blueberry Bushel Cardstock to 3″x 6″, then score it at 3″.
• Cut and glue a piece of Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper  at 2-3/4″x 2-3/4″.
• Crop a 2″x 2″ piece of Blueberry Bushel with the 1-3/4″ scalloped Layering Circle Die.
• Crop a 1-1/2″ square of Very Vanilla Cardstock with the 1-3/8″ Layering Circle Die.
• Stamp the Vanilla circle with the sentiment from Full of Happiness Stamp Set in Blueberry Bushel, then glue it to the blue scalloped circle. Glue it to the front center of the card.
• Add a small bow of Linen Thread and a Blue Rhinestone from the Holiday Rhinestone pack.

• On the inside, add a layer of Very Vanilla Cardstock.
• Stamp three little flowers from Full of Happiness Stamp Set in So Saffron, then darken the centers with either a Mango Melody Stampin’ Write Marker or a Stampin’ Blend.

Here is a closer look at the stamp set I used. You may have only thought of it as an Easter set, but look again! This little chick can be used on a baby card, the egg image matches the Dino Dies, and the sentiment I used is good for anytime!
