Bloom With Happiness

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you had a great weekend. I’m starting off the week with a birthday card that I made for my friend whose birthday is today ~ Happy Birthday Shary! I used Varied Vases with Nature’s Poem DSP:

I am down to my last few bits of this gorgeous Designer Series Paper, Nature’s Poem. Good thing we have a sale on DSP this month of July, because I am definitely going to need more of this one!

For the layout of my card today, I want to thank fellow Pal, Lori Pinto. I CASEd her card with a few minor changes. Here is what I did ~

*Thick Whisper White card base 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″

*Tranquil Tide cardstock 5-1/4″ x 4″

*Nature’s Poem DSP 5-1/8″ x 3-7/8″

*Tranquil Tide and Whisper White cardstock with Layering Squares Framelits

*Whisper White sentiment strip cut to fit sentiment stamp and flagged at right end

*Varied Vases stamp set + punch bundle using Crumb Cake, Tranquil Tide, and Blushing Bride stamp pads

For the leaves and tulips, I stamped the outline stamps full-strength and filled in with the center stamps at half-strength (stamp off once).

The tulips and sentiment strip are popped up with Mini Dimensionals.

The beautiful stamp on the envelope is from Rooted in Nature, Tranquil Tide stamp pad, stamped off once.
