Let’s arrange a wreath for a Fall birthday! I used Gilded Autumn (the un-gilded sides) DSP and pulled the colors from the striped paper to build my 3-layered wreath.
Layers:
- Early Espresso base 8-1/2″x 5-1/2, scored at 4-1/4″
- Dotted Crumb Cake piece of Gilded Autumn DSP 5-1/4″x 4″
- Striped piece of Gilded Autumn DSP 3-3/4″x 4″
- Early Espresso strips (2) 3/16″x 4″
I cut two of the “flower” wreaths from Build a Wreath Dies from Cajun Craze and Very Vanilla and one “leaf” wreath from Mint Macaron. Then I created the birthday sign by stamping with Crumb Cake ink and the Happy Birthday over it with Early Espresso. I “hung” the sign from Pool Party 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon and “nailed” it to the wreath with a blue gem. Glue Dots helped to keep all of it secure.
On the inside, I stamped three leaves from Arrange a Wreath. I masked it off twice to create the overlapped look. Then I cut a bow from the striped paper with a die from the Wreath Dies.
Happy Crafting!
