Abstract Beauty 4″x 6″ DSP

I know it’s only January, and Spring probably feels very far off. But Spring just leaps off the pages of this new catalog! Abstract Beauty 4″x 6″ DSP has lots of pinks and greens, something I associate with Spring. So when I saw this bokeh print in Just Jade and White, I thought…butterflies!

I cut the two large butterflies from more of the Abstract Beauty DSP and put glue and Dimensional bits only on the body of the butterflies, leaving the wings free to give a fluttering look.

This DSP comes in 4″x 6″ pieces, so when you cut the length for the card front to 4″x 5-1/4″ you have a 3/4″ piece left for the inside. Perfect! I added two more butterflies cut from So Saffron DSP and put a little splatter of dots (butterfly dust?) This stamp came from Daffodil Daydream and I stamped it with Soft Succulent ink.
