Yuletide Village is a sweet little stamp set that I ordered late in the season. I’m glad I have it for a few last minute cards and gift tags. It’s on the Last Chance List right now, selling for $19.00.
I created this village scene by stamping the buildings with Basic Gray, then coloring them with Blends.
Here’s the Recipe:
- Pretty Peacock card base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
- Winter Meadow DSP, 4″x 3-1/2″ (on the Low Inventory List – get some now!)
- Basic White Cardstock, 4″x 2-1/2″, 4″x 1-1/2″, 4″x 1″
- Cut sloping hills off the tops of each and stagger them for snow hills.
- Yuletide Village Stamp Set, stamped with Basic Gray and colored with Blends: Smoky Slate, Lost Lagoon, Daffodil Delight, Real Red, and Pretty Peacock
- Fussy cut the buildings and trees out. Lift some up on Dimensionals, glue some flat.
- Add Wink of Stella for glittery snow.
To add a touch more, I drew some “smoke” coming from the chimney with Light Smoky Slate. Christmas Greetings is from retired Decorated With Happiness, and I stamped it with Pretty Peacock between the snow layers.
Here’s a look at the whole set ~

I’m having fun with these! My next thing to make with this set is a batch of Christmas gift tags. 🤶🏻
