Wildly Flowering

This week I am embracing the Designer Series Papers that I haven’t used yet -or- perhaps not for a long while! Today is one I just cut into for the first time. It’s called Wildly Flowering and I’ve made it into a thank you card. Here’s my card ~

simply zinnia, wildly flowering dsp, unbounded love dies, thank you card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

The patterns on this paper are bold, but not necessarily bright. They seem a little dark to me, so adding the white to the card brightened it up for me. I do love the linen-looking background. It seems like the print is on fabric instead of paper!

Card Details:
  • Early Espresso Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, scored and folded at 4-1/4″
  • Basic White layer, 5-1/4″x 4″
  • Wildly Flowering DSP (multi-colored print) 3″x 3-3/4″; (Moody Mauve print) two pieces 1″x 3-3/4″
  • Early Espresso strips, two, 1/8″x 3-3/4″
  • Basic White (before cropping), 3-1/4″x 1-3/4″, cropped with Unbounded Love Die
  • Sentiment from Simply Zinnia, stamped with Early Espresso
  • Three 2023-25 In Color Dots in Pebbled Path (retired)

Oh wow, this is one of my favorites! Got to CASE this, I really love everything about it. This is one of my favorite papers.

    • Thanks, Chris! Good to know! I hadn’t heard too many opinions on it. I think it can be especially nice paired with other subdued papers.

Pretty card. The white does brighten up the card.
