This card is almost noisy! Ha! It is definitely on the wild side. True confessions: I had a pant suit in the mid-60’s that looked very much like this paper! Yes, I was a groovy 60’s chick 🙂
I will be very interested to hear your impressions…of the card, that is! This DSP is in the Happiness Blooms collection. I punched out the butterflies using the Butterfly Duet Punch (available once again come April) with Lovely Lipstick. Then I used Versamark Ink, the Butterfly Gala stamp set, and some pearlized white embossing powder (non-SU).
To get the paper fold, I cut a slit halfway down the right side, in toward the middle, to the 1-1/2″ mark. Fold each side back from the outer corner to the middle to create a “collar fold.”
Beautiful You provided the sentiment on the inside and that cute little butterfly came from Beauty Abounds.
I stamped the butterflies’ antennae directly onto the paper when I decided where to place the butterflies, then adhered the ‘flies with Glue Dots.

Really fun card…love the look of the butterflies. In the 60’s, I had couch pillows that looked a lot like the DSP too…Lol!
