Wild About Flowers

When I was looking through the Annual Catalog for a card to CASE for our monthly Blog Hop last week, I came upon this one using Wild About Flowers~
I have that stamp!  But I don’t have all the elements on their card, so I set out to make my own version and this is what I came up with~
I used the “crosshatch” stamp from You’ve Got This as my background stamp. I stamped it off twice with Cucumber Crush to get the soft background look that I wanted. Then I stamped the leaves from Wild About Flowers with Cucumber Crush, stamped off once two times and full strength once. I added the flowers in Peekaboo Peach and Watermelon Wonder.
I used the sentiment from You’ve Got This and stamped it with Watermelon Wonder in the lower left corner, then added a Vanilla button with a small bow of Peekaboo Peach Ruched Ribbon.
It changed the look of the card while using the same basic stamping pattern.  I challenge you to find something in the catalog, copy it, but add your own twist. It’s fun to see what simple changes can make the card seem brand new! And the catalog provides some great samples to jump-start your creativity.
Thank you for visiting my blog today! If you need any stamping supplies, I’d be very happy to be your Demonstrator.  Just click on the Shop Now button at the top of my post or on any of the products shown below to go directly to my online store.
Have a great weekend and go stamp something pretty! You’ve got this!
