It’s inevitable that we will all go through some hard times, and isn’t it nice that Stampin’ Up! has come out with some stamps that have such beautiful words of encouragement? For example, this set, called Waterfront, is in the 2018 Occasions Catalog, and it was one of my instant favorites. The stamps work together to create a variety of watercolor scenes – like this mountain lake scene.
Along with beautiful images, the sentiments are terrific words of encouragement. Here’s a look at the whole set:

The stamps are photopolymer, that is clear see-through, which is perfect for overlapping images to create perfectly placed stamps. You can create a mountain scene like I did or a beach scene with palm trees and ocean.
I added a bit of cloudy sky with a stamp from Timeless Textures. Otherwise, every stamp I used on the front is from Waterfront. My color palette is Dapper Denim, Pool Party, Soft Sky, Old Olive, Sahara Sand, and So Saffron. I embossed the Pool Party layer that sits right behind the art piece with the Seaside Textured Embossing Folder and my Big Shot.
On the inside, I added “Praying for You” from Thoughts & Prayers, and “friend” is included in Waterfront.
