How about some tulips for Easter? I think they are perfect, and I love these tulips in the yellows/oranges. I used only a little bit of the tulip paper though, in an effort to stretch my supply just a little longer!
Card Details:
- Mango Melody Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, scored and folded at 4-1/4″
- Layer of Mango Melody embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder (retired), 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock, (2) 3-5/8″x 2-1/8″, 2-1/2″ scalloped circle from Layering Circles Dies, and 2″x 1″ for Stitched So Sweetly scalloped rectangle die
- Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper, (2) Mango rectangles 3-1/2″x 2″, and one 2-1/8″ circle from Layering Circles Dies.
- Sentiment from Daffodil Daydream in Evening Evergreen ink
- 2 Brushed Brass Butterflies
- White Ribbon
I did use two older products on this card, so I want to give some alternative ones that are available right now. Instead of the Subtle Embossing Folder you can use the Tasteful Textiles Folder. Instead of the white open weave ribbon you can substitute White 1/4″ Crinkled Seam Binding or the Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon. Either would look great!
