Tribute to In Colors: Mossy Meadow

Ahhh, Mossy Meadow.  I love the deep earthy color of this green.  It’s so rich – will miss it!  I tried something different on this card.  I did a wrap around with the DSP (Botanical Gardens, Occasions Catalog) and stuck a little surprise flower sprig on the back.  I don’t know if anyone else has done this before, but I am loving the look of it!

The flowers and leaves are from Botanical Blooms and Botanical Guilder Framelits Dies.  I used Watermelon Wonder, Daffodil Delight, and Old Olive, stamped with Mossy Meadow.  The “hello” is one of the Greetings Thinlits in the Annual Catalog.

I snipped the edges of the DSP strips with the Decorative Label Punch, lightly scored them to fit over the fold and glued them down with Fast Fuse, folding the card before gluing down the back part.

All things Mossy Meadow will be posted at the bottom.  Get them soon, before they are all sold out!

If you didn’t catch the Weekly Deals already, you can see them HERE.  They have picked a few higher priced items this week, which gives you the best $ discount.  Check it out!
