Tags For Festive Friday

Popping in with a quick post to enter the Festive Friday Challenge #0023 of “Sparkle & Shine.” These are my very last tags for the season. I’m totally in love with this poinsettia thinlit and with inspiration from Windy Ellard, found a perfect way to use them on a tag!

The “shine” is pretty obvious with the Gold Foil accents. Let me give you a closer look at the “sparkle”:

I’ve cut the poinsettia out using Sparkle Glimmer Paper. When it catches the light it is so pretty!

I punched a tiny flower image out of Gold Foil and glued it behind the flower center, then added glue just to the center of the flower to adhere it to the tag.

The tiny Christmas greeting is from another favorite set, Seasonal Chums.

Just a couple of days left to wrap those presents! These tags will definitely help me with my last minute wrapping.

With Merry Christmas greetings your way,

  6. So fun. I have some teeny scraps of gold left and I think I will stick them in a little baggie and then use a punch and make some little dots. Great idea while watching tv. Then I can use them on tags too or cards. These are just really cute. I like the idea of the flat decorations so you can use them as bookmarks. Happy holidays!
