So of course this occasion calls for a congratulatory card. I’ve been waiting for chance to use Storybook Moments for a baby card. And today’s the day!

I sponged a touch of Pretty in Pink ink in the center of the circle and adhered the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Aren’t these little critters in Storybook Moments DSP the cutest?!

I decided to go ahead and make one for a boy as well!

    Adorable cards, Karen!

So cute.. definitely will be a great baby book or a scrapbook feature. This is day #3 of having our puppy. I got up with him at 2:30 to him standing on his back legs front paws on the crate door barking at the top of his lungs. He had flipped his water dish and food dish. He pooped on his bedding and who knows what. He has been sleeping since then though. The neighbor kids played with him for several hours yesterday. I think he wore himself out along with throwing up etc. I know I was lonely and upset when Teddy died two weeks ago but now I am really questioning my sanity. I didn’t even get to open my PP kit that came the other day. Card making, I can’t wait and hopefully he doesn’t care if I do. Hopefully some really cute cards like you make.

    Very cute.

  4. Card is very cute. Do you have any issues with the embellishments making holes in the envelope while in transit

    • Thanks, Sandi! It depends on how high the embellishments sit. Sometimes I will put an extra 5-1/4″x 4″ piece of cardstock over the front into the envelope to help protect it. I have received cards with little holes punched in the envelope from rhinestones going through the mail sorter, but the cards have never been damaged.
