I enjoy giving and receiving homemade cards any time of the year. I think homemade Christmas cards are especially sweet given that time is always tight during December. I’d like to share a few of the cards I received for Christmas!

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. My daughter is visiting from Portland, OR, and we spent Christmas afternoon hiking in the foothills of Cool, California! Yes, it’s really called Cool, and the beautiful rolling hills are just that! The day was chilly (I almost said, “cool!”) but sunny and gorgeous. The perfect way to work off a few of the Christmas calories and stretch our legs on the Olmstead Loop.
We did have a cool day! I hope you did, too!

Yes,I’m not far from there, and it really is called Cool.
It was such a pretty day up there yesterday! I’m glad we drove up – we are about 40 min. southwest. My daughter has done many running events up on those trails.
