Shiny Snowflakes Make This a Glam Card!

Here’s a bit of glam for you this morning! I absolutely love all of the gorgeous foils that are being offered this fall and thought I’d put a few together on my card.
First, the Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper. This stuff is beautiful! I chose the gold and white plaid, and you can see by the top of the picture that the gold is a pretty shiny foil.
Next, I wanted to try out my new Winter Wonder Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. It presses this big, beautiful snowflake into your paper. Stunning!
I stamped “peace” into the bottom corner with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, using the Christmas Quilt stamp set.
The Basic Black cardstock makes a pretty contrast to the gold and white, so I used it for the base card, plus added two skinny strips across the seams in the front.
The foil snowflakes are from Seasonal Layers Thinlits and I cropped them from Gold and Champagne Foil Sheets.
Metallic Enamel dots and a Black Rhinestone Jewel bling it up just a bit more!
I added a couple of smaller strips of the plaid on the top and bottom of the inside panel as well.  After all, what is Christmas without a bit of sparkle and shine?!
