Sending You Love

“Sending you love” reminded me of our Perennial Postage Dies, so I pulled those out to use on this card, along with the Endless Love Bundle and Made With Love DSP. Here’s another sneak peek of that Suite, becoming available on January 6, 2026.

After cropping the Perennial Postage Die piece, I used the postal “cancelling” die that leaves a fun imprint of the image in the cardstock.

Recipe:
  • Real Red Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″ folded at 4-1/4″
  • Made With Love DSP, the XO pattern, 5-1/4″x 4″
  • Vellum, 5-1/4″x 4″
  • Real Red, 3-1/4″x 2-1/2″
  • Basic White, 2-3/4″x 2″, Perennial Postage Dies
  • Flirty Flamingo and Real Red Cardstock scraps for the X’s and O’s
    • The O’s have a fun 🩷 cutout in the middle, so I saved the red ones and glued them to the front as well.
  • “Sending You” and “LOVE” are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Basic White.
  • Black Baker’s Twine for bow

I used Vellum over the DSP to tone it down a little, and I love the effect. When you glue Vellum, only put glue in places that will be covered up with another piece of cardstock or design. Here, I swirled a little glue in the center, where I knew the red cardstock would cover it. Otherwise it shows through!

I popped the sentiments up using Dimensionals. Love is free-hand-cut with scissors.
