Don’t they look perfectly ripe and ready to eat?

The secret is simple ~ a Stamparatus and some Sponge Daubers!

Start with a quarter sheet of Basic White Cardstock. Line it up in your Stamparatus. Since this is a photopolymer stamp, you will need the foam pad that fits underneath. And I use a magnetic pad from Stamp ‘n Storage as well, for a little lift and crisper stamping.

  1. Stamp twice with Petal Pink over all the peaches.
  2. With one of the Sponge Daubers, dab some Calypso Coral along the edges where you want the color a little deeper.
  3. With another Dauber, give it just a quick “kiss” with Poppy Parade in strategic spots.

Now take a look. Are they just like you want them? If you want them a little “riper,” sponge just a wee bit more of the coral or poppy. It’s always best to under-stamp the color first and add more if you want it. You can’t un-do too much color!

You can give a similar depth to the leaves by first stamping in Pear Pizzazz (twice is nice) and dabbing a bit of Old Olive on the edges.

Practice it a few times and soon you will be stamping some perfectly peachy peaches! Enjoy the process!
