Sealed with Love for CPC68

Happy Tuesday!  I’m sharing an extra post this week to show you my entry for a Sketch Challenge from Craft Project Central ~
And here is the sketch that I patterned my card after ~
This is Creating Pretty Cards Sketch Challenge #68, design by Monika. You can see her card plus the other entries by clicking HERE.
I started my valentine card with a base of Real Red Cardstock, 11″ x 4-1/4″, scored at 5-1/2″ for a vertical card.
I added a layer of Pink Pirouette Cardstock, 5-1/4″ x 4″, with the bottom edge hand torn.
I stamped the I Love You and four hearts from the Sealed with Love Stamp Set in Real Red ink at the bottom.
For the decorated panel on top:
  • 3-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ Whisper White Cardstock
  • 2-3/4″ x 3″ Sending Love Designer Series Paper
  • 1 White Lace Doily
  • 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ strip Pink Pirouette
  • 1 large heart and 2 small hearts from Sealed with Love Stamp Set in Real Red on Whisper White Cardstock, cropped with Love Notes Framelits Dies
  • 1 Rhinestone Basic Jewel

This decorated panel is popped up on Dimensionals and adhered to the Pink layer.
On the inside of the card, I mimicked the outside design by tearing the bottom of a 5-1/4″ x 4″ panel of Whisper White Cardstock.  The greeting from Sealed with Love is stamped with Real Red.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
