Penned & Painted ~ A Beauty!

I’m in love ~  with So In Love Designer Series Paper!  Paired with this pretty bloom from Penned & Painted Stamp Set, you have a gorgeous card that can be used for many occasions.
I pulled the colors from this DSP ~ Sweet Sugarplum, Rich Razzleberry, and Sahara Sand for the flower, stem, and leaves.  Then I added a little Always Artichoke for the outline of the stem and leaves.
I stamped the center of the flower with Blushing Bride – three times to darken it a bit, then added Wink of Stella just to the Blushing Bride center.
The flowers in this set are stunning!  The photopolymer stamps are cut in a way that gives you a watercolor-washed look.  They are two-step stamps, so you can use a complimentary color for the outline.

I stamped the flower onto a scrap of Very Vanilla, then quickly cut it out close to the lines.  I popped it up using Dimensionals over the same image that was stamped on a 2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ rectangle of Very Vanilla.
My sentiment came from Basket of Wishes, and I used a Sweet Sugarplum enamel heart as an accent.
I stamped a different flower image onto the envelope using the same colors.  Pretty!
You can see my card stock cuts below, as well as all the products I used to create my card.  I hope you like it as much as I do!
