Hello, welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month our Design Team created projects featuring “Sale-A-Bration Products.” We hope you enjoy and will be inspired by them! Don’t forget to leave comments. We love hearing from you! At the end of my post, you will find the full line-up to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
This Flower & Field Designer Series Paper makes me happy! It’s one of the free Sale-A-Bration items that you can choose during January and February with a $50 purchase. These brightly colored flowers are so fun ~ sure to bring a smile from the recipient.
The florals are bright and sweet, and the reverse side prints are designed to compliment the front sides. So I matched up the Jade floral with the yellow dotted print to create my card.
The great thing about these triangle cuts is that you get two cards out of the process. Take a 5-1/4″x 4″ piece of each and cut it diagonally in both directions. Use two florals for top and bottom on one card and for the sides on the other card. Here, I used a base of Pretty Peacock and glued the triangles directly to the base.
The flowers in Pretty Perennials go very well with this DSP, so I stamped a few and cropped them out with the Perennial Petals Dies. The largest of the Stitched Shapes circle dies creates an anchor for my petals and sentiment, all on Basic White Cardstock. Wink of Stella and three Rhinestone Basic Jewels add some bling.
I stamped the same flowers on the inside panel using So Saffron, Flirty Flamingo, Balmy Blue, and Smoky Slate ink pads.
Get 2 For 1!
Here is the second card that I got from the same cuts of paper.
You can choose this full pack of 12″x 12″ Designer Series Paper with a $50 purchase from any current catalog or the Clearance Rack. I think it will make you happy too!
More inspiration awaits!

Thanks, Lisa!
Such a cheerful card Karen. Nothing but smiles for this one!
Thanks, Rae! Hard not to be cheerful with this fun paper!
Such pretty colors and great paper combinations, Karen! I’m loving your idea of making two cards at once. Thanks for joining the blog hop this month. Happy Sale-A-Bration!
Thank you Debbie! And Happy SAB to you!
Karen, fun design using the triangles, and two for one is always good!
Thanks, Su!
Wow this is a happy card! I love the layout and how cheerful!
Thanks, Windy!
Great idea of getting two cards out of this. So fun to see the change up. Going to CASE this.
Thanks, Chris!
Great tip, I love when you can get multiple cards by cutting DSP a strategic way. Gorgeous cards, I love how you paired the bundle with the DSP, it looks like it was made to go together. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, Jennifer!
You are sooooo right…DSP makes ME HAPPY! Gosh, just when we think we have too much DSP…..YEP – there is more! This is a great card layout to store away in my “pea brain” as it is just a wonderful POP with DSP!
Thanks, Susan! Yep, we can never have too much DSP! 🙂
Karen, what a great job showcasing this paper and the set, now I need both! LOL
Haha! Thanks, Renae! They do go well together! 🙂
What a bright and happy card, Karen! This is really a smile-maker!
Thanks, Rosanne!
Beautiful cards. Love that you can make 2 at the same time rather than saving the scraps (and ‘misplacing’ them LOL).
I know! Right? Happens all the time! Thanks, Louise!
This card is definitely “happy” and striking! I love how you used the paper. So pretty!
Enjoyed seeing your cards, Karen. Miss you at the gym. Have been walking with neighborhood ladies. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us. ❤️
Thanks, Patricia! I miss seeing you at the gym too! I’ve been walking around the park with Suzanne 2-3 times a week. At least it’s nice to get outside and get some fresh air!
Thanks, Debbie!
Such a great technique! And it shows this beautiful paper to the max.
Thank you, Jackie!
Love these two for one cards! Great color combinations! I am in love with this DSP pack! Will be stocking up!!! Hope you are staying safe out there!!!!
Thanks, Jeanie. Yes, staying safe! The vaccines are getting close! That’s good news!
