One More Tropical Oasis

I’ve got one more Tropical Oasis card for you today, as I’m doing a “walk” through the Spring Mini Catalog one last time. We are so close to the revealing of the new catalog! It’s time to use up some old to make room for new, but ugh! I’m going to miss these gorgeous papers!

I’ve said this before, but this paper reminds me of Old Hawaii, where I spent my high school years. I should probably make a scrapbook with these papers and photos of those days. I’ll add that to my long list of projects to get done! 🙂

Simple = Easy!

This card is a very simple design. It goes together in minutes! Start with a Soft Suede base then add a Soft Sea Foam layer. On top of that glue another Soft Suede piece that has been texturized with the Coastal Weave Embossing Folder. A 2″ strip of Tropical Oasis DSP, two 1/4″ strips of Suede cardstock, and that’s it!

No stamping on the outside! I left it with just the paper and embellishments to make this an all-occasion card. You can personalize it with any stamp you want on the inside. I used a combo of Braided Linen Trim and white Baker’s Twine for the bow, then added a Tropical Oasis Trinket with a Glue Dot.
