This Specialty Designer Series Paper is called Affectionately Yours. It has a variety of colors, including two sheets that have metallic copper in it (which makes it a specialty paper.) One of the sheets is what I have used here with Night of Navy and Tip Top Taupe – a beautiful floral with only 2 colors, even though the rest of the pack is very colorful. Here is the pack ~

I CASEd a card that I found online, the original by Tracy Elsom. I changed it ever so slightly with some extra stamps and a touch of sparkle.
From there I made the 3 x 3’s that you saw above. Instead of stamping the sentiments on Tip Top Taupe, which seemed a little dark, I stamped them on Sahara Sand and cut them to fit. Here they are again, individually ~

For You is from Birthday Blooms. I punched the sentiment out with the 1 3/4″ Scalloped Circle Punch. I sponged around the edges then backed it with the same punch from Night of Navy and offset the two.
I layered the inside of the large card to match the front, but left the sentiment off until I decide its purpose.
I love the use of navy in the new designer series papers this year. You just might see a lot of it on Karen’s Stampin’ Habit!
