If you’re like me, you have gobs of unused Washi Tape in your drawer! Sound familiar? Here is a fun tip that will help you to use up that tape and decorate your envelopes!
After making a card, find a Washi Tape that has the same colors in it. Tear off a strip long enough to cover the back flap of your envelope. Instant wow factor!
Not sending that card out just yet? Maybe you have made it to use in the future when the need arises? Store your card and envelope in a Clear Medium Envelope, and stick that strip of Washi Tape to the back of the outer Clear Envelope. When you are ready to use the card, the tape easily peels off the plastic envelope to use on the back of your paper one. The stick still sticks!
You can use the Washi Tape to decorate the bottom front of your envelope, or across the very top of the back flap instead of the bottom. There are lots of possibilities, and with it stored on your clear envelope, you will have it ready to go when you want it!
I hope you liked this tip! If you would like to see the card that goes with this envelope, come back tomorrow. I’ll show you a fun and easy layout that is bright and colorful, and did I mention easy? See you tomorrow ~
